Numbers you can make decisions with.

Reports are only useful if someone explains them. We prepare your profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, add the context that matters, and set up your accounting system so the reports stay reliable.

This is for you if

  • You get reports but don’t really use them.
  • You want to know which services, products or clients actually make money.
  • A lender or investor has asked for financial statements.
  • You’re setting up QuickBooks Online or Xero for the first time.

Why it matters

Most small businesses steer by bank balance.

The bank balance tells you what is there today — not what you owe, what is coming in, or whether last month was profitable. Good reporting answers those questions in a page.

Questions

Accounting & reporting: common questions

Can you prepare financial statements for my bank?

We prepare internal, management-prepared financial statements. If your lender specifically requires a compilation, review or audit engagement report, that must come from a licensed public accountant — we can prepare your records so that engagement is efficient.

What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?

Bookkeeping records and reconciles transactions. Accounting interprets them — adjusting entries, statements, analysis. We do both, which is why the reports are reliable.
